If you eat too light, you won’t have your period!

I know that many people will have light diet when they start to lose weight, and their weight will drop significantly. But I want to say that eating too light will affect women's menstruation.


Isn't it said that we need to have a calorie deficit, eat less oil and less sweet food, and the lighter the better, so that we can lose weight?

If you eat a light diet with boiled food for every meal without using any oil, this is not healthy weight loss. Our hormones are mostly made of fat. If you do not have any oil in your diet for a long time, where will the body get the raw materials to make hormones? Hormone imbalance will lead to menstrual disorders or even no menstruation. So if you lose weight and find that your period is not coming home, you need to readjust your diet.


On the contrary, a moderate amount of good fats can help with fat loss and women's health.
