If you really want to eat desserts during the weight loss programme, what desserts can you eat?
We can't deny that desserts are mostly either high sugar or high fat.
However, there are several situations where you still can enjoy dessert:
First:
You have been losing weight for a while, and your weight, body fat percentage, and waist circumference have all improved. So you can reward yourself appropriately and have some desserts with friends.
Second:
If you have had binge eating disorder in the past and are currently losing weight, you can work with your nutritionist to decide when and how much desserts you can eat. Avoid excessive dieting and then overeating sweets.
Third:
If you are really crazy or are with friends, let them have the big portion and you can just take small sips to satisfy your craving.
