High Sugary Beverages in Malaysia

The average of the sugar content for the beverages below is at about 20g, which actually occupied about 80% of our added sugar daily allowance.


If you really have to urge to drink beverage🥤, try with

1)Choosing sugarless / low in sugar beverages

2)Limit yourself to drink only one serving of the drinks in a day

It is best to drink plain water for the rest of the day.
