Drink Water Wisely, Lose Weight Effectively

It turns out that drinking water correctly can actually speed up your weight loss process!


1) Get up in the morning and drink a glass of water on an empty stomach:

  • Help stimulate gastrointestinal motility and prevent constipation. Start eating breakfast before going out. Dehydration can affect bowel movements.


2) Drink a glass of water before dinner:

  • Provide a sense of fullness and reduce the tendency to lose control of food choices due to hunger.

  • Drink a glass of water after meals to promote digestion


3) What to do if you feel tired and hungry in the afternoon:

  • Drink a glass of water first to relieve fatigue. If you think it has no taste, you can add a slice of lemon, rose or mulberry to help soothe your mood.


4) Drink a glass of water before and after exercise:

  • In addition to maintaining athletic performance and avoiding cramps, it also promotes metabolism


5) Before going to bed at night:

  • You can also arrange a glass of water, not too much, to replenish water before going to bed
