It might seem very healthy for you to have granola as breakfast, however, do you aware of the 🫥hidden sugars in granola?

1)Pick granola with lower sugar content
- learn to read nutrition labeling and ingredient list, avoid those with plenty of added sugars
For example: sugar,syrup etc..
2)Control the portion, eat one serving for each time, NOT one whole packet. You may also pair with som emilk to increase the fullness.
